Refund policy
At the Ear Health Education CPD Portal, we strive to provide high-quality continuing professional development (CPD) resources. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Digital Courses and Materials:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- The course must not have been completed. If more than 50% of the course has been completed, a refund will not be issued.
- Webinars and Live Events:
- Refund requests for webinars must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event starts.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our administrative team at cpd@theearnurses.com.au with the following information:
- Your name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the approval of your request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
